7.00 pm   ANNUAL  EGG  THROWING  CONTEST  and Clacton record attempt

West Beach

An eggstra ordinary and egg-citing event when teams of two people will be provided with an egg and protective clothing.

This will include an opportunity to try to break the Clacton Carnival distance record.

Everyone is welcome to take part.

The last pair with an unbroken egg will win a £50 cash prize.

Around 100 tokens will be buried in the Sand and, with a spade bought from the Carnival Stall, kids, mums and dads can dig and dig and dig

   If they find a token, it will be exchanged for a selection of prizes including beer and soft drinks, as well as some special prizes.
